How to Care for your Drink Bottle

To get started, wash all parts with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. You can also pop it in the dishwasher (just remember to wash the silicone straw connector and lid seal separately). When using the dishwasher, put the lid on the top shelf (remove the seal) with the spout open. This bottle is suitable for hot or warm liquids, but avoid using boiling water. Be cautious when drinking hot liquids to prevent burns. Avoid using carbonated beverages. Never put this bottle in the microwave. To prevent spills, make sure to tightly close the cup cover and pop-up straw after each use. And remember to clear the straw with a stainless steel cleaning brush before using again.

*Note, like all Spencil products, these insulated water bottles are built tough to last but they're not indestructible. The silicon, soft-feel mouth can be damaged by heavy chewing on it. If your child is prone to chewing water bottles, you may prefer one of the Big Water Bottles with the hard plastic pour mouth.
